The suggester said: "Quite simply Blue-ringed Octopus by ~DragonBehin is the best felt-plushy I've ever seen (and I've seen some pretty fantastic ones), the detail is incredible and I don't even want to imagine how the suckers were made. I clicked on the thumbnail expecting a typical octopus plushy (there seems to be a trend going on the moment) and was completely blown away."

Description
Something I've been working on since May. I love octopi! And the blue-ringed is so beautiful! I wanted to make a tribute to this amazing animal and it turns out that needle-felting is perfect for making octopi!
Needle-felted wool (I dyed the yellow wool and the light blue wool myself) over pipe-cleaner structure so it can move in almost all the ways an octopus can! Eyes are paper clay. From one outstretched arm to another, it has a diameter of about 11 inches; and its height is about 7 inches when not standing on its arms.
****
Want an octopus for yourself? I am willing, no, eager to make these on commission!
Here is the listing on Etsy for detailed info: [link]
The price, considering the time it takes to do the details, would range from $120-$150 depending on what kind of coloration is requested. An orange or more uniform-colored octopus takes less time than a ringed or patterned octopus, though they're not as fun.
Note me and we can discuss it.

EDIT: OMG! A DD! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will try to respond to all the comments and love but it might take a while so bear with me, please. I still can't believe it...
